When you see come to work done up, right after the show, I go across the street to do my Pilates. I do it two hours a day, I like to care of my body. You know I have had a struggle with cocaine in the past. I never went to a place to get treatment. I don’t know how, god was sitting on my shoulder and I just stopped.”

Williams was very emotional as she continued, “There are people in your family it might be you who are struggling. I wanted you to know more of the story. This is my autobiographical story and I’m living this and I’m telling you this. After I go to the Pilates, I go to several meetings all around town in the tri-state area. And I see my brothers and sisters caught up in their addiction and they need help. They don’t know I’m Wendy, I don’t tell them.” Williams said that they experience of living in a sober house has been interesting and eye opening. Williams said her husband and son know about this, but not her parents, she said she never had the strength to tell them.
