The Secret CIA Heart Attack Gun

Grace Higgins | January 13th, 2019

It would only be fitting that the secret and mysterious CIA, the spy organization of the United States Of America would be behind the invention of the heart attack pistol. The instrument was so deadly and untraceable that even to this day after being exposed to its existence in 1975, no one really knows how many times the heart attack gun has actually been deployed.

In 1975, a congressional hearing confirmed one of the lethal weapons the CIA had in their disposition: a heart attack gun. The secret came out when Congress was investigating if President Nixon had abused his power during his time in the office. One of the revelations was that Nixon had a secret heart attack gun in his array of lethal weapons.

An interview with Mary Embree who was a former CIA employee revealed that she had helped construct what she referred to as an “ice gun.” She then went on to spill the whole beans, advising that she had been contracted to help discover a poison that would mimic the effects of a heart attack but remain completely untraceable

The heart attack gun would leave nothing but a red dot behind, the target would feel just a small sting much like a mosquito bite. And since the dart carrying the poison was made of ice, it was then melted and never be found. Even so, the dart was able to pierce through clothing.

Apparently, the agent would be able to fire the dart from a modified Colt 1911, since the admission of the weapon’s existence has gone viral, historians and conspiracy theorists have speculated wildly on which sort of political figures this weapon was used on. Of course, the targets of the deadly ice dart will never be confirmed by the CIA, as admitting this would be confirming that they operate rogue assassin style missions.

As the toxin created would apparently not be found in any sort of autopsy, anyone victim of this heart attack gun would simply have been labeled as a natural death.
