The ‘Prince of Darkness’ Ozzy Osbourne remains hospitalized at USC hospital in Los Angeles after being admitted on Monday. His wife Sharon Osbourne told Ozzy’s fans that the rocker is being cared for at the hospital, due to severe complications ‘from the flu.’ The 70 year old former front man for ‘Black Sabbath’, has been plagued by health issues in the last few years. Late last year, Ozzy was hospitalized due to a cut on his finger becoming seriously infected. Sharon and their son Jack have been by the singer’s side since he was admitted.

Just last week Ozzy canceled some tour stops due to ‘having a bad strain of the flu.’ Ozzy was on tour with Judas Priest, and he reminded his fans how sorry he was that he had to cancel. He said, “I’m completely devastated for having to postpone the European leg of my tour. It just seems that since October everything I touch turns to s—. First the staph infection in my thumb and now coming down with the flu and bronchitis.” Sharon arrived at the hospital on Monday, and left shortly after, only to return to the hospital about 30 minutes later.

She was seen carrying a small blanket and a small suitcase, she has not left her husband’s side since. Ozzy also said that he feels like he has let a lot of people down. He said, “I want to apologize to all of my loyal fans, who have been so loyal over the years. I want to apologize to my band and crew and Judas Priest for letting you all down.” The father of 6 said, “However I promise the tour with Judas Priest will be completed. It’s been rescheduled right now to start in September. I apologize to everyone, I love you all, Ozzy.” Sharon Osbourne was noticeably absent all week from her co-hosting gig on ‘The Talk’ on CBS.
